Live video. The operator watches your workflow for the first 15 minutes, then proposes a specific first workflow to install. If it fits, we start provisioning within 48 hours.

Option B — async intake

Submit your workflow

Takes 15-20 minutes of your time, on your schedule. The Loom is optional but makes the operator's response much sharper — pasting a 5-minute screen-share of your actual workflow is usually the single highest-leverage thing you can do here.

We won't share your info. No newsletter subscription. The operator reads what you submit and responds personally within 24 hours.

What happens next

  1. Operator reviews your submission and Loom within 24 hours.
  2. You receive a 3-minute Loom response proposing your first trial workflow, plus a brief written summary.
  3. If it fits, reply with "looks right" and we provision the trial instance in the next 24-48 hours.
  4. 1-2 weeks of hands-on trial. Daily 5-minute async check-ins.
  5. End of trial: we review together. Move to a paid pilot or part ways — no pressure.
