Cove AI is a service of Pagosa Tech Solutions, LLC, based in Santa Cruz, California. We install, repair, and maintain self-hosted AI operators built on an open-source AI agent framework.

Information we collect

When you contact us via email, the trial form, or phone, we may collect:

• Your name and contact information (email, phone)
• Your business or project name
• The content of messages you send us
• Information you voluntarily provide about your needs

How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
• Deliver the build, rescue, or managed engagement you’ve requested
• Follow up on your interest in our services
• Improve our practice and communication

Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use third-party providers (such as email and AI inference providers) to deliver our services; these providers are bound by their own privacy policies and only process data as needed.

Self-hosted by design

Your operator runs on your hardware. We don’t host or own client instances. Your conversations, credentials, and memory live on your machine — not ours.

AI-assisted communications

Some of our initial communications may be handled by AI assistants. In compliance with California AB 2905, we disclose that AI technology is used. You can request to speak with a human at any time.

Data security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
