The practice

Cove AI is a consultancy practice operated by Pagosa Tech Solutions, LLC. We provide installation, audit, and ongoing maintenance services for self-hosted AI operators built on an open-source AI agent framework.

Engagements

We work in four formats:

• Workflow audit — a fixed-fee, read-only audit; the fee is credited toward a subsequent operator pod.
• Operator pod — a fixed-price build billed 50% up front, with the remaining 50% due only when a written acceptance test, agreed before the build starts, passes in live use.
• Rescue — the same read-only audit followed by consent-gated remediation.
• Operations retainer — a month-to-month retainer; cancel any time.

The exact scope of every engagement — including the acceptance test for a pod — is captured in writing before work begins. Pricing on this site is indicative; final pricing lands in the written scope.

Ownership

Your operator runs on your hardware. You own the install, the credentials, the data, and the code. Cove AI does not host, run, or retain copies of any client instance. When an engagement ends, nothing you depend on goes with us.

Confidentiality

We treat anything you share — credentials, business context, communications, code — as confidential. We don’t use client material to train models or share it with other clients.

AI disclosure

In compliance with California AB 2905, we disclose that AI technology assists in our communications. You may request to speak with a human at any time.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
